I helped put a pretty much finished competition robot into a packing crate today.  There's still a week and a half until the competition, during which we'll be getting our code running correctly, fabricating spare parts, and completing our chairman's submission.  These last 96 hours I've spent mostly at robotics, only coming home for school.  I'm burnt.  This is nothing compared to how I know I'll feel after the competition, and I have no idea how I'm going to recover for FEE.  I'm burnt.

  1. Hang in there. As you've probably discovered, ice cream, sleep, and Psych are good for counterbalancing burnout. Don't be burnt. You can survive. :]

  2. Hayley... you just listed the three things I've been using to keep alive. Psych is by far the most effective.
